About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Testing Support Associate - Surveillance & Discovery to join our dynamic Testing team.
The Testing team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by providing process, project, surveillance data support and subject matter expertise to the Medical / Scientific Leadership and Testing sites. This will include engaging laboratory and surveillance Medical / Scientific Leadership on a routine basis. The Testing Support Associate, S&D will also establish, implement, monitor and evaluate results from relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and ensure excellent customer service is provided to both internal and external customers. The incumbent will be required to provide subject matter expertise that will assist in planning, performing development work, implementation and development of surveillance data for new projects or initiatives.
