Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading a team of 13 employees
- Overseeing the production lines, ensuring all Shipments comply with company policies & standards, etc
- Train new employees on production processes & enhance existing staff to promote continuous improvement
- Inventory Management
- Collaboration with other departments
- Health & Safety compliance, training & involvement
