Job Description :
As the Accounts Payable Analyst you will be responsible for the following :
- Match and verify invoices and packing slips to POs
- Allocate invoices without POs to the correct expense accounts
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing to system reports to balances
- Process cheques weekly and twice a month
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and positing account transactions
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Assist with month end closing
- Filing accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile GL expense accounts
- Bank reconciliation

Job Requirements :
- 10 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Problem Solving Skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Effective communication
- Previous experience with processing customer payments from multiple sources ( EFT, cheques, credit card)
