- NEW WAGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 : $22.20-24.75 per hour + bonuses
Hours of Work :
Monday to Friday, Straight Days 7 : 00AM to 3 : 30PM (flexibility to work 6 : 30AM to 3 : 00PM)
Job Overview : Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, assisting with various duties and communication to associates in both English and Punjabi.
- Help desk resource for associates on questions related to payroll, benefits, policies and procedures in both English and Punjabi
- Translate various documents such as presentation materials, orientation, technical documents, manual and emails for production and administration departments
- Interpret a variety of formal and informal meetings between departments
- Assist in the administration of temporary to permanent hiring, and external translation when necessary
- Perform special projects in support of the organization’s business objectives
- Assisting other Human Resources associates with job duties as required
What You Need :
- College Certification in Administration Studies and / or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in both written and oral English and Punjabi

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a strictly confidential and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
