The Business Analyst supports company performance by analyzing data, improving processes, and driving strategic decisions. Acting as a bridge between departments, this role transforms data into actionable insights to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze data from sales, operations, marketing, finance, and HR to support decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports (KPIs).
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving improvements.
- Manage and optimize business systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools).
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals and implement change initiatives.
- Provide user training, documentation, and reporting support.
Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Information Systems (5+ years experience)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in CRM / ERP (e.g., NetSuite), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ExcelBilingual (French / English)Knowledge of finance, operations, and data governance; maintains confidentialityCore Competencies :
