The Warehouse Worker / Parts Assembler will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance and repairs on customer units. This includes receiving and tracking inbound customer units for deployment; unpacking, building, and configuring office electronics as required; prepping and staging according to the deployment schedule; and following company standards and best practices. This position will also support other dock or warehouse projects and duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer Service Representative on configuration of solutions as required.
• Actively participate in Standard Operating Procedures based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Build and configure office electronics based on customer needs.
• Develop standards and best practices for tools and technologies as part of a team.
• Perform maintenance routines in a variety of environments.
• Meet all health and safety guidelines as required.
• Maintain an organized and clean environment.
• Perform other general duties as assigned by Management.
