Tasks & responsibilities :

• Perform, at the request of his superior, any other task related to his job.
• Apply and ensure compliance with employee safety rules on the lines, apply and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and effective procedures
• Perform the assembly, adjustments and disassembly of all the equipment of the packaging department.
• Operate the packaging equipment and work at each station of the packaging line
• Accurately complete the documentation relating to packaging (room and equipment logbooks, packaging batch records, status labels, etc.)
• Perform in-process tests on the packaging line and document in the packaging batch records
• Clean equipment, production areas and transfer bins
• Carry out certain mechanical maintenance work
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Support the supervisor, as part of a new packaging project, to establish the configuration of equipment and work tools in a production room and to develop work instructions for packaging files.
• Provide training related to packaging equipment and processes.
• Perform, at the request of his superior, any other task related to his job.
