Maintenance Planner

One of our manufacturing clinets in Windsor ON is looking for a Maintenance Planner for their facilty.

Pay -

$65 - $100K

Key Responsibilities :

Plan schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime

Develop detailed job plans including labor parts tools permits and estimated time requirements

Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs for production and facility equipment

Work closely with maintenance production engineering and stores teams to align schedules with operational needs

Prioritize maintenance work orders based on safety production impact and equipment criticality

Ensure required spare parts and materials are available prior to scheduled work

Maintain accurate maintenance records equipment history and PM schedules within the CMMS

Analyze maintenance data to identify trends recurring issues and opportunities for improvement

Support equipment reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Assist in planning shutdowns turnarounds and major repairs

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety environmental and regulatory requirements

Track and report key maintenance KPIs such as equipment downtime PM compliance and backlog

Support contractor coordination and oversee maintenance work performed by external service providers
