Location : Toronto
Quantum is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Legal Assistant to support the daily operations of a high-profile real estate team with their Legal client downtown.
This hybrid role requires three days in-office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate deadlines, and handle administrative tasks like file openings, conflict checks, and billing.
- Arrange meetings, follow up on administrative matters, and serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Draft documents for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Conduct due diligence, prepare requisition letters, and work with governmental agencies, land registry offices, and title insurance companies.
- Prepare reporting letters, closing record books, and other transaction-related documents.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant / Legal Assistant.
- Experience working in a commercial real estate team in a law firm a BIG plus.
- Completion of a post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime.
