The mission of the Product Data team is to ensure every product we sell is represented accurately, consistently, and beautifully across all channels. We meticulously curate, manage, and distribute product information that supports our eCommerce, logistics, sourcing, and customer experience teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map, upload, and link product images from the PIM system to Shopify using consistent naming conventions and metadata.
- Ensure images are correctly associated with SKUs, variants, and product families.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Data, eCommerce, Merchandising, and CX) to resolve discrepancies and confirm catalog accuracy.
- Support the development or documentation of automation workflows for image synchronization (via APIs, bulk uploads, or scripts).
- Perform quality assurance checks to validate that product imagery is complete, properly displayed, and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain documentation of integration processes, data mappings, and file-handling conventions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in catalog management and data flow.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets); basic scripting knowledge (Python) is an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.WHAT WE OFFER
