About the Role

Type of position : Regular.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of skilled engineers, designers and project support staff under the supervision of a senior engineer.
• Review or analyze PFDs, P&IDs, technical specifications and evaluations; design and configure process parameters.
• Develop process heat and material balances using simulation software such as Bilmat, METSIM or HSC Chemistry, or size comminution equipment with software such as Bruno and JKSimMet.
• Participate in the selection, sizing and costing of process equipment for new technology implementation.
• Provide support for the preparation of proposals, studies and technical evaluation reports.
