Opportunity

As a Senior Distribution Account Manager, you are at the heart of our business. You will be provided with an existing client book and opportunity to quickly hit the ground running.

Our clients require real time lighting solutions and call us every day. You knowledge and expertise will help ensure that their needs to matched with the right solutions.

Ideal candidate is able to successfully service our clients with quality, efficiency, and build on existing customer relationships.

We need someone with a strong sales focus but who also enjoys the mix of getting your hands dirty with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service sales orders and inquiries from phone & walk-in
  • Educate, provide options / pricing and process client orders
  • Support operational functions to complete orders
  • Create a great first impression to our customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Maintain active engagement with new & existing leads through follow-up
  • Build book from customer prospect lists and find key decision makers within these organizations
  • Develop customer engagement strategies via activities, face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings
  • Maintain and nurture clients and deal with all issues in processing purchases
  • Office Management help with general office duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in lighting sales distribution and / or related industry
  • Knowledge of lighting products and existing relevant industry relationships
  • Charming, dynamic, and positive attitude are a must
  • Demonstrated success in sales position
  • Team player, independent yet supportive
  • Keys to success : strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to cold call and build sales book
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone and virtual meetings
  • Proficiency with CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office

Compensation Package

Competitive base salary with performance based bonuses
