Rizon Trucks Canada has an exciting opening for a Director of Aftersales at our Surrey, BC location. This role is responsible for aftersales support.

Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement processes and policies for the Aftersales Operations (e.
g., organize meetings, identify gaps; jointly develop plans across departments)
- Propose Org Structure for the Aftersales Organization that meets both budgetary needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs for the Aftersales Operation (Parts, Warranty, Call Center, Service);
develop processes as necessary and implement processes with cross-functions.
- Analyze and report project progress by pro-actively communicating status to Management.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Proactively develop solutions to day-2-day problems and have a drive to learn and collaborate with others.
- Responsible for aftersales support including warranty, parts, and service
- Additional tasks as instructed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or another related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- 5+ years of experience in Aftersales Operations
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of the trucking industry incl. processes for parts, warranty, service
- Strong communication skills written and verbally in English - additional languages preferred.
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to learn and overcome obstacles.
- Experience in Project Management
