Hays Specialist Recruitment has teamed up with an Award winning homebuilderpany in Calgary, AB. This client is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer for 1 year, with the potential to go permanent . This is fully in office, Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities :
- Update and maintain model library, including base plans, details and options
- Create new stock model plans in AutoCAD, when directed
- Develop new plans and elevations that meet various architectural control requirements
- Take concept plans to full working drawings including reviewing all contract documents for accuracy within a set timeline
- Negotiate Architectural Approval process andmunicate revisions with developer partners
- Facilitate Engineering & Layout requests in preparation for Building Permit submission
