Manpower is looking for multiple Junior and/or Senior Line Cook for our client to start immediately, the client has multiple locations across Winnipeg Manitoba.

What is in it for you?

• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay

What's the job:

• Ensuring food standards set forth by the kitchen manager are being met.
• Ensure all knives and equipment are clean and in good working condition
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to Food Specifications Manual
• Maintain the kitchen by sanitizing areas before and after use
• Ensure that production expediency (ticket times) is maintained
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of product in stations as prescribed in the BOH audit and per daily pars
• Opening/closing the line at the beginning or end of the day
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
• Exhibit personal uniform and personal hygiene per company standards
• Execution of all cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen/workstation
• Able fulfill dish-washing duties when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
• Previous kitchen/cooking experience

Job Requirements:
