Tu papel
- Dar la bienvenida y servir a los huéspedes según las normas de la empresa
- Establezca la estación de trabajo incluyendo licores, mezcladores, hielo, aderezos, cristalería y suministros y cierre al final de la noche
- Asegúrese de limpiar las estaciones de trabajo, haga el inventario y compruebe si la barra está completamente equipada
- Adherirse a las normas y procedimientos de higiene y seguridad
- Participar en entretenimiento bar y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente
- Prepare y sirva cócteles y bebidas especiales, sugiriendo opciones cuando sea necesario
- Asegúrese de que todas las bebidas alcohólicas estén correctamente guardadas y aseguradas a la hora de cierre
- Barrer y barrer el piso de la barra después del turno y limpiar los contadores, equipos y otras áreas según sea necesario
