Bartender
Join our Restaurant Team as a Bartender, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property also recognized as a Forbes, AAA 4-Diamond Resort and T&L World’s Best Hotel. The successful candidate must be able to lead, and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy, passion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are necessary for this position. A commitment to continuous improvement is key.

As a Bartender you will :
- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times
- Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests
- Service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders
- Use of Silverware Point of Sale system
- Thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Bar
- Inventory control & ordering
- Assist with Wine Cellar organization
- Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required
- Balance end of day financial transactions
