Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on process mapping, system requirements gathering, and supporting critical project activities, including RFP development and data migration. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in business analysis, ERP / EAM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to document and map existing business processes
• Lead end-user requirements workshops and capture best practice system requirements
• Contribute to the development and completion of the Systems Integrator RFP for the program
• Work with business and IT teams to identify and document data migration requirements from legacy systems
• Assist with miscellaneous project activities, taking on multiple roles as needed to meet priorities
• Contribute to future phases of the program, including design validation, QA testing, knowledge transfer, and deployment
