Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities :
The collection of accounts receivable payments and submission of relevant entries.
Close collaboration with project management to ensure smooth financial operations.
The meticulous preparation of invoices.
Providing support to the accounts payable department when required.
Promptly responding to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer relations, and adeptly resolving any issues.
Following Company procedures to communicate with customers who have overdue accounts.
Qualifications :
A background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field through post-secondary education is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in either accounts receivable or accounts payable.
Familiarity with the world of construction would be a definite advantage.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and French would be a bonus, though not mandatory.
Proficiency in mathematics, typing, and a mastery of accounting software.
A keen eye for precision, efficiency, and an unwavering sense of accountability.
The ability to foster positive relationships with clients and internal departments.
