Systems Technologist

Position Description

The Systems Technologist will supportCedarglenHomes’ data, reporting, and automation capabilities across the organization. This roleis responsible fordesigning, developing, andmaintainingPower BI dashboards and reports (including rebuilding reporting after system migrations), supporting and enhancing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and partnering with business users to reduce manual, repetitive work through automation.

The Systems Technologist will also contribute to AI-relatedinitiatives—researching, testing, and piloting solutions—and support Copilot Agent development. This role works closely with the Director of Systems and Technology on priority initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
