Your Role :
Start each shift at our La Vergne office, working closely with your team to deliver outstanding service on your routes.
Drive our iconic blue trucks to customers’ locations, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them delighted.
Elevate the customer experience through friendly, effective communication and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Responsibly handle items, ensuring they are recycled, donated, or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Who We're Looking For :
Age : Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes).
License : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
Attitude : A positive, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills that foster great customer interactions.
Metrics : Comfortable with customer satisfaction metrics and focused on delivering results.
Physical Ability : Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.
