The Opportunity :
Scope of the position
Assist the Administration teamwith Credit and Collections administration and management, including collectingmoney owed on customer accounts, gathering credit references and researchingnew account applications.
There will be other duties as required or assignedincluding report preparation, posting EFT payments, filing, assisting otheradministration staff and management as required or assigned.
This is a temporary maternity leave contract position for 12 months, with an opportunity to switch to permanent at the end.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Credit and collections administration and management
- Assist with payment processing
- Credit application processing and management of customer files
- Account reconciliation and analysis
- Liaise with sales team to get the information needed to facilitate the sales and collection processes
- Credit / AR month end duties
- Other related takes or projects as assigned
Education & Experience
- B2B experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Customer service experience
