Key Responsibilities
Driving and Operating
- Safely operate and drive the mobile retail truck to designated locations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s safety and functionality.
- Set up and operate the mobile retail unit, including any necessary displays or equipment.
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered from the mobile retail unit.Answer customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.Sales And Marketing
Actively engage in sales activities, promoting products and driving sales to achieve targets.Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase foot traffic to the mobile retail unit.Keep track of inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.Cash Handling
Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly.Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance on the mobile retail unit, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and any customer feedback.Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and other relevant metrics.Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Keep abreast of industry trends and changes that may impact mobile retail operations.Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.Previous experience driving commercial vehicles, especially mobile retail units, is a plus.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.Physical fitness for tasks such as setting up displays and lifting merchandise.Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.We are committed to providing equal opportunity employment; accommodations are available upon request at any stage of the recruitment process.
