Cyber Security Project Manager – Toronto, Canada

We need a strong, experienced technical PM to take on global deployments for two DLP Symantec components, as well as managing DLP server evergreening. The bank’s Cyber Security Maturity Improvement Programme (CSMIP) is designed to strategically address the top cyber threats the bank faces, using advanced technologies and sustainable processes. The programme seeks to protect the bank from the following which may damage the bank, our customers and our employees :

• Catastrophic events,
• Significant financial losses
• Reputational risk and embarrassing events Within the CSMIP. There are a number of Cyber Security Technology initiatives for to strengthen controls relating to Data Leakage Prevention (DLP). Objectives of the role : A Technical Project Manager is required to assist the Senior Project Manager to :
• Manage Technical Change and Implementation of new software programmes into the existing DLP Architecture.
• Complete an evergreening exercise across the current DLP server suite.
• Collaborate with DLP technical teams and business engagement teams.
• Order and manage delivery of required hardware.
• Pro-actively manage stakeholders to achieve against agreed plans and milestones.
• Instil project governance and execution following the the bank’s Business Transformation Framework (BTF). Required Skills & Experience :
• Proven Technical Project Management skills with a global reach
• Experience of global software deployments
• Ideally prior experience with Symantec DLP products
• Business Analysis experience
• Exceptional IT and business stakeholder management and communications S
