We are looking for a Human Resources Manager in 6665 Millcreek Dr, Unit 2, Mississauga, ON L5N 5M4 CAN. Your mission will be to :

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager provides both strategic and hands-on leadership for designated sites / business units and / or HR services. This role partners with site and functional leaders to implement people strategies that drive engagement, strengthen organizational capability, and support business objectives. The HR Manager leads a team or directly delivers HR services across employee relations, performance management, talent development, data systems management, and compliance. This role ensures HR programs and processes are executed consistently, equitably, and in compliance with applicable laws and policies. The HR Manager champions a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while supporting the growth and development of employees and leaders.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site or client group responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of (and, if applicable, Canadian) employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort using data to inform decisions.
• 2-5 years of experience directly leading a team.

Compensation Package Overview :

Compensation Range $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary CAD

Potential bonus : Up to 10% based on performance.
