Your tasks as the Warehouse Supervisor :
Warehouse daily operations Inbound and Outbound supervising
Physical Inventory daily in / out management & supervising
Inventory reconciliation : Physical inventory vs system inventory record
Day to day supervising for the facility and personnel in accordance with safety, quality and security procedure
Supervising warehouse receiving, order picking and distribution operations based on operational policies and procedures.
To manage the warehouse capacity and delivery appointment with CN & CP
To manage daily sales order delivery with trucking company
Other duties assigned
The required qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor :
In office 5 days a week, 8 hour days (8 : 30am 5 : 30pm)
Bachelor degree or greater in related field
3-5 years of experience in warehouse / logistics / supply chain operations
Strong analytic skills; the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft office software
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
