Building Maintenance Operator - Temporary

Randstad Victoria is now searching for a temporary Building Operator for a production facility / warehouse in Saanichton, BC.

Opportunity : Full time, temporary 6-8 weeks, could go permanent for the right individual

Location : Saanichton - Keating Cross Road area

Hours : 7 : 30am-3pm, Monday-Friday

Pay rate : $26 / hr depending on experience

Start : ASAP

Advantages

Responsibilities

• Perform all routine and preventative maintenance work around the building
• Work with and monitor contractors on building renovation and repair
• Assist with contract inspections related to fire systems, coolers, building inspections, security systems, etc
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or construction
• Reliable, full time availability
• Positive work ethic
• Trades experience preferred
• Strong English Written and Oral Communication
