The Role
We're looking for an Associate Marketing Manager with a passion for European vehicles to drive TuneZilla's brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital channels. You'll own our marketing strategy and execution, manage our dealer network relationships, and build campaigns that resonate with the automotive aftermarket community. This is a leadership position. You'll lead the plan, not just execute tasks.
What You'll Own
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar spanning social media, blog, email, and product launches
- Develop and execute 1–2 major campaigns per month tied to product releases, seasonal promotions, or dealer initiatives
- Translate complex technical tuning knowledge into engaging, digestible content that speaks to enthusiasts and professionals alike
- With your team, you’ll manage the production of a consistent stream of high-quality assets including long-form blog posts, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and other collateral each quarter.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns (working with agency support where needed)Track key metrics including cost per click, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)Collaborate with media partners to continuously improve campaign performanceDevelop data-driven recommendations on what to scale, pause, or testSocial Media & Community Growth & Affiliate Marketing
Grow TuneZilla's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through engaging video content and community interactionOversee content for our bi-weekly email channelManage community engagement by responding to comments and escalating when neededFoster genuine connections with the European automotive enthusiast communityOversee the TuneZilla affiliate marketing program with support from the affiliate marketing specialistCreate marketing toolkits, graphics, email templates, and promotional materials dealers can deploy in their marketsSupport regional launches and campaigns with branded collateral and campaign-specific assetsGather dealer feedback and market insights to inform future campaign strategyDevelop dealer training and communication resourcesAnalytics, Reporting & Optimization
Submit monthly performance reports with content metrics, paid campaign results, and growth dataProvide clear, actionable recommendations based on data
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementPresent insights to leadership and inform quarterly strategy adjustmentsLead and manage internal team members and freelance contributorsAssign, review, and approve all marketing work (copy, visuals, timelines, deliverables)Hold weekly marketing team standups to ensure alignment and accountabilityFoster a collaborative and creative environment where creative ideas and problem-solving are encouragedWhat We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
4+ years of marketing or marketing management experience in the aftermarket tuning space or European vehicle marketProven track record managing digital campaigns, paid media, and social media strategiesStrong data literacy—you can read analytics and make evidence-based decisionsExcellent project management and organizational skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience managing team members, freelancers, or external vendorsThe Ideal Candidate
