- Answer emails and calls from occasional customers
- Project management (from quotation to production)
- Handle site problems and complaints from occasional customers and distributors
- Estimate small projects for occasional customers
- Update status in the system for occasional customers
- Inform occasional customers about sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods offered by the company
- Target projects on the SEAO platform
- Fill out documents for direct submission (cities)
- Support Sales Managers for major customers
Skills and qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years customer service experience
- DEC or relevant work experience
- Bilingualism an asset
- Blueprint reading an asset
- Knowledge of computer tools
- Good communication and constant collaboration with various internal departments
- Maintain relations with occasional customers
