Job Overview :

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care within hospital and healthcare settings across Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills a patient-centered approach and experience delivering safe effective care while complying with Canadian healthcare standards.

This role plays a vital part in supporting patient well-being clinical operations and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs symptoms and health conditions
• Administer medications injections and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with patient assessments care plans and documentation
• Support patients with daily living activities and mobility assistance
• Maintain accurate records in EMR / EHR systems
• Follow infection control patient safety and hospital protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies
• Ensure compliance with provincial nursing regulations and healthcare policies
