Job Types : Full Time, hourly monday to Friday 8am-4pm
SALARY : $42,000 per year
DAILY DUTIES / Responsiblities :
Answering phones / customer serviceBooking sales consultants calendarsBooking installation appointmentsTransferring calls / emails to the right peopleResponding to customer emails in timely mannerInputting data into our CRMlooking up customer files and filing away properlyInputting customer information into CRM platformcommunicating to our manufacturers about productkeeping track of product coming inputting away product on shelvesTaking transactions / sending receiptskeeping track of shop supply listLanguage :
English (Required)office Experience :
