Notre client recherche un Recruteur pour gérer un volume élevé de recrutement dans ses usine de fabrication à Montréal. Ce poste nécessite de jongler avec un emploi du temps flexible tout en gérant un flux constant de besoins en recrutement.

Le candidat idéal s'épanouira dans un environnement exigeant et rapide, et saura naviguer à travers les défis et les opportunités d'un cadre de travail dynamique.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Gérer le processus de recrutement pour les employers à taux horaires pour le site à Montréal.
  • Sourcer, interviewer et sélectionner des candidats pour divers postes au sein des usines.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs d'usine et d'autres parties prenantes pour identifier les besoins en recrutement et développer des stratégies de recrutement sur mesure.
  • Maintenir un vivier actif de candidats et assurer un processus d'embauche fluide et efficace.
  • S'adapter aux changements et gérer le recrutement de manière flexible et ingénieuse.
  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations avec les candidats et les équipes internes.
  • Naviguer dans les complexités des environnements de recrutement avec et sans syndicat.

Qualifications :

  • Parle couramment le français et l'anglais.
  • Expérience avérée en recrutement à volume élevé, idéalement dans un environnement de fabrication ou similaire.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide, dynamique et parfois imprévisible.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec une attitude positive et proactive.
  • Capacité à s'adapter et à faire face à de nouveaux défis et processus au fur et à mesure.
  • À l'aise avec une certaine ambiguïté et capable d'improviser lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Expérience en gestion de recrutement dans des environnements avec et sans syndicat est un atout.

High-Volume Recruiter - Manufacturing Facilities (Montreal)

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to handle recruitment for their manufacturing facilities in Montreal. This role requires balancing a flexible schedule while managing a steady flow of hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a gritty, fast-paced environment and navigate both the challenges and opportunities presented by a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the recruitment process for hourly rate candidates at their Montreal facilities.
  • Source, interview, and select candidates for various roles within the plants.
  • Work closely with plant managers and other stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain an active pool of candidates and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Adapt to changes and handle recruitment in a flexible and resourceful manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Navigate the complexities of both union and non-union recruitment settings.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing or similar setting.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to new challenges and processes as they arise.
  • Comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and capable of "winging it" when necessary.
  • Experience managing recruitment in both union and non-union environments is advantageous.
