STUDENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE (CASUAL ASSIGNMENTS)

STUDENT SERVICE CENTRE

You may take part in a variety of assignments and have the opportunity to work in several different departments providing basic to senior level administrative or customer service-related support.

This competition will provide the division with a qualified pool of casual employees to meet emergent temporary staffing needs on an ongoing or temporary basis.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A post-secondary certificate in Administration or Business.
• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a post-secondary environment. (Equivalencies may be considered).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge or experience in PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.

• Ability to work well with a team and with our diverse student population both in-person and on the phones - switchboard experience would be helpful.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Agility to respond to dynamic situations, showing initiative and able to excel with minimal supervision.

SALARY : $22.33 - $27.98 / hour reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience, plus 11.2% in lieu of vacation and holidays.

This is a casual position with work required in-person at our downtown Edmonton campus. Applications will be held and used to fill opportunities for the next 3 months.
