Payroll & Administrative Coordinator
Join a leading industrial and geotechnical solutions company! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to support project operations and ensure accurate financial processes.
What You'll Do
- Review purchase orders and contracts; confirm details with legal and invoicing requirements.
- Enter quotations and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate shipping / customs documentation with the materials team.
- Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries.
- Review timesheets and enter data into QuickBooks for project allocation.
- Reconcile expenses and maintain accounting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative roles.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is an asset.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Why You'll Love It
