Compensation & Rewards

• Competitive wage, based on experience
• $2.00 / hour Premium for Road Technician
• Signing Bonus up to $2500
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
• Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
• Annual Wage Review
