Description de postePerform mechanical repairs on a variety of heavy equipment represented by JJE Perform hydraulic and electrical diagnostics Conduct repairs in a timely and effective manner, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure optimal efficiency Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections Communicate with Lead Hand and / or Service Manager regarding job progress and job status changes Licensed heavy duty, on-off road mechanic – Journey-person 3+ years of experience preferred Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Natural leader to guide our team of technicians Similar experience may include Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Field Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Small Engine Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Truck and Coach Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Road Service Technician, Shop Mechanic, Lead Hand, Shop Foreman Tool Allowance Safety Eyewear & Boot Allowance Employer-Matching Retirement Savings Plan Ongoing safety training and a certified Employment Equity workplace 1 Vacancy Road / On-Call Permanent

Compensation & Rewards
- Competitive wage, based on experience
- $2.00 / hour Premium for Road Technician
- Signing Bonus up to $2500
- Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
- Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
