Job descriptionOversee the overall development of MHC’s connections within the community, plan & execute events, connect with partners, provide direction to the Community Networking Team regarding monthly projects and / or outreach focuses Coordinate with other MHC teams to effectively manage community partnerships and collaborative projects (e.g. collaborate with the Digital Communications Team to maintain consistent messaging) Respond to volunteer questions, follow up on volunteer timesheets, source and facilitate training opportunities to facilitate team success, conduct interviews for new team members Participate in volunteer coaching, development conversations, and biannual check-ins, chair team meetings to provide updates and brainstorm, participate in monthly leadership meetings and quarterly meetings Please note that the capacity to attend occasional events in the Edmonton area is an asset Due to the time commitment and responsibilities associated with Team Lead positions, applicants must be at least 18 years of age
