We're looking for a Community Networking Co-Team Lead, who will collaboratively support and coordinate our Community Networking Team!
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall development of MHC’s connections within the community, plan & execute events, connect with partners, provide direction to the Community Networking Team regarding monthly projects and / or outreach focusesCoordinate with other MHC teams to effectively manage community partnerships and collaborative projects (e.g. collaborate with the Digital Communications Team to maintain consistent messaging)Respond to volunteer questions, follow up on volunteer timesheets, source and facilitate training opportunities to facilitate team success, conduct interviews for new team membersParticipate in volunteer coaching, development conversations, and biannual check-ins, chair team meetings to provide updates and brainstorm, participate in monthly leadership meetings and quarterly meetingsPlease note that the capacity to attend occasional events in the Edmonton area is an assetDue to the time commitment and responsibilities associated with Team Lead positions, applicants must be at least 18 years of ageRequirements
This position requires access to a computer, high-speed internet, and a telephone.
