What will you be doing?

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Support the Client Services team in driving initiatives and achieving objectives.
• Prioritize a "families first" mentality within the organization, putting clients' needs and satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.
• Manage and enhance new enrollment programs to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
• Provide excellent pre-enrollment customer service management to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Expedite and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high family satisfaction levels.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to measure their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Identify internal practices that could benefit from improved sales processes, materials, and training to enhance overall performance.

• Effectively communicate BrightPath's brand identity and unique selling points to potential parents, showcasing the organization's strengths and advantages.
