Guest Experience Associate

About the Role

Guest Experience Associates are the heart of Archie’s. You’ll run games, help guests, host parties, and create a fun, safe environment for people of all ages. This role is ideal for high school 넗 university students looking for flexible, engaging work.

No experience required. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the welcome desk.
• Support with arcade token purchases and prize redemption.
• Facilitate mini‑putt equipment rentals and returns.
• Lead bazooka ball briefing / vesting rooms.
• Support birthday parties and group events with positive customer service.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety within Archie’s.
• Work as part of a positive, inclusive team.
• Bonus points : if you circuito experience / want experience with social media.
