Position Summary

As a Regional Administrator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here!

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Network
  • Greet clients for their in-person appointments and attend to the front reception / waiting area
  • Answer general inquiries in-person, by phone or email
  • Contact / rebook client appointments when a clinician is unexpectedly out of the office due to sickness or emergency, etc.
  • Manage office inventory and order office supplies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office and customer service environment
  • Exceptional customer service delivery skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset
  • Ability to adhere to established policies, processes and guidelines
