Enterprise Architect

RoleDescription :

TheArchitect will have experience providing technical leadership toensure technical integrity and consistency throughout a solution slifecycle stages.

Responsibilities :

• Documentthe business drivers client area processes and how those processescontribute to the achievement of the area s businessgoals
• Analyzethe business needs of clients and stakeholders to propose potentialsolutions both technical andnontechnical
• Leadthe translation of business requirements into highlevel designspecifications
• Designand document cost effective innovative and operationallysupportablesolutions
• Documentthe structure connections and relationships of business processesorganizational work groups data applications user interfacesapplications interfaces infrastructure and networktopology
• Designsolutions that recognize and adapt to the business technical andfinancialconstraints
• Developsolutions that recognize IT operational limitations andopportunities
• Documentthe effort risk costs and complexity of potentialsolutions
• Researchand write discussion documents on such topics as emergingtechnologies vendors functionality and reliability of products andserviceofferings
• Reviewproposed solution architectures and ensure they align with overallenterprise architecture roadmaps standards designs andstrategies
• Ensuresolution architectures meet business objectives for availabilityreliability performance scalability maintainability manageabilityandsecurity
• Abilityto identify trends and create appropriate strategy and roadmapdocuments for Enterprise IT initiatives such as Internet of Things(IoT) Information Management Data Analytics and cloudplatforms.
• DevelopEnterprise principles standards and guidelines for enterprisesolutions and strategicoutlook.
• DevelopGovernance for enterprise solutionapprovals.
• Solutionarchitecture reviews to insure alignment with EnterpriseArchitecture
• Developtemplates for solution architectures and solution designdocuments.
• Developor update domain specific architectures (business architectureapplication architecture mobile architecture and data / informationarchitecture).
• Otherarchitect duties asassigned

Requirements

SkillRequirements / Qualifications :

TheResource must have the following minimumqualifications orexperience :

• Minimumof eight (8) years of experience working in technical InformationTechnology roles within complex enterpriseenvironments
• Minimumof three (3) years of experience developing solution architectureson projects across ntieredplatforms
• Expertknowledge of Information Architecture principles and techniquesdata management data integration and data quality platforms andtools.
• Expertknowledge in at least one enterprise ETLtool
• Minimumof three (3) years of experience working architecting solutionsinvolving complex integration scenarios (multiplatform competingtechnologies SaaS and PaaS Software as aService)
• Knowledgeof process reengineering principles requirements gathering andmiddlewaremanagement
• Abilityto translate complex technical concepts into simple nontechnicalterms for variousaudiences
• Abilityto adapt to change in dynamically evolvingsituations
• Abilityto work in a teamenvironment
• Minimum5 years experience working in an Enterprise Architectrole.
• Experiencecommunicating and presenting to senior executivemanagement.
• Minimum5 years experience developing and implementing standards principlesguidelines strategies and roadmaps for theenterprise.
• Excellentcustomer serviceskills

PreferredQualifications orExperience :

EnterpriseArchitecture certifications such TOGAF Zachmann andITI

Skill Requirements / Qualifications : The Resource must have thefollowing minimum qualifications or experience : Minimum of eight(8) years of experience working in technical Information Technologyroles within complex enterprise environments Minimum of three (3)years of experience developing solution architectures on projectsacross n-tiered platforms Expert knowledge of InformationArchitecture principles and techniques, data management, dataintegration and data quality platforms and tools.

Expert knowledgein at least one enterprise ETL tool Minimum of three (3) years ofexperience working architecting solutions involving complexintegration scenarios (multi-platform, competing technologies, SaaSand PaaS, Software as a Service) Knowledge of processre-engineering principles, requirements gathering, and middlewaremanagement Ability to translate complex technical concepts intosimple non-technical terms for various audiences Ability to adaptto change in dynamically evolving situations Ability to work in ateam environment Minimum 5+ years experience working in anEnterprise Architect role.

Experience communicating and presentingto senior executive management. Minimum 5+ years experiencedeveloping and implementing standards, principles, guidelines,strategies and roadmaps for the enterprise.
