The successful candidate will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work from one of our Production centres based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a regular full-time Manager - Commissioning to join our dynamic Enterprise Facilties team.
The Manager - Commissioning is responsible for overseeing the complete end-to-end lifecycle of building systems and infrastructure across Canadian Blood Services’ blood collection, testing, and processing facilities. This includes the planning, installation, testing, and operational integration of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, building automation, and environmental controls. The role ensures that all systems function cohesively and are transitioned into operations in full alignment with project scope, regulatory standards, and operational readiness.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, the Manager - Commissioning ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable infrastructure that supports the full spectrum of critical blood operator functions.
