About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data / Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to building and optimizing our data and analytics infrastructure, enabling informed decision-making and driving financial performance across our dealership network. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with advanced data analytics skills to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Schedule : Full-time
Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 per year + 10% performance-based bonus

What Your Day Will Look Like
Design and implement a centralized data warehouse and reporting infrastructureCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (sales, service, finance, CRM)Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisionsPerform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business unitsPrepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadershipIdentify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growthCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insightsEnsure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsWho You Are
Technical Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A (automotive or retail industry experience is an asset)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)Proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau for data visualizationFamiliarity with ERP systems and CRM platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills to present complex data clearlyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills :
MBA / CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is an assetKnowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRSExperience with predictive analytics or machine learning tools is a plusCollaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving business needsRequirement
Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required.
