Description de posteDesign and implement a centralized data warehouse and reporting infrastructure Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (sales, service, finance, CRM) Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership Identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A (automotive or retail industry experience is an asset) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling) Proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment MBA / CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is an asset Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning tools is a plus Collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data / Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to building and optimizing our data and analytics infrastructure, enabling informed decision-making and driving financial performance across our dealership network. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with advanced data analytics skills to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Schedule : Full-time
Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 per year + 10% performance-based bonus
