Job description

A leader in the field of fencing located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent, is looking for an order entry clerk to join their dynamic team!

The proposed salary is between $ 45,000 and $ 50,000 per year, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm, benefits after 3 months, 2 weeks of vacation, on-site parking, accessible by public transport.

Responsibilities

Enter incoming orders that arrive by email ifrom contractors in the system

Invoicing, entering new accounts, entering P / O

Processing credit checks

Keeping pricing list in check

Verifying inventory

Working closely with operations and warehouse

Other paperwork related

Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (French & English)
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite
