Job Title : Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location : Pickering, Richmond Hill, Vaughan Mills (Greater Toronto Area - East)

Job Description : The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Manager, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience.

This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Offer :

Ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 as a total compensation package.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborating with the Senior Assistant Manager :
• Exemplifying hospitality for both guests and team members.
• Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction.
• Implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability.
• Participating in the hiring process, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for various roles.
• Contributing to the development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
• Supervising all front-of-house leadership areas to ensure success.

Qualifications : To excel in this role, you should possess :

• Over 1 year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Energetic and optimistic attitude.
• Exceptional patience and communication abilities.
