Director of Performance Marketing
Summary :
Gee Beauty is looking for a highly analytical, experienced and result-driven Director of
Performance Marketing to achieve rapid customer acquisition growth through digital
marketing. As a Director of Digital Performance Marketing at Gee Beauty, you will also
play a crucial role in driving sustainable and efficient revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Ability to think strategically, creatively and make data-driven decisions to support
Gee Beauty’s goals.
Responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing strategies to
drive revenue and user acquisition.
Responsible for generating new clients, increasing Gee Beauty’s AOV, CSAT,
conversion rates and driving stronger ROAS / ROI.
Track, measure, and optimize monthly budget to ensure alignment with revenue
goals and maximize ROI.
Monitor and manage ad spend across digital to make data-driven decisions and
adjust allocations as needed.
Stay up to date on the competitive landscape, industry trends and best practices
to continuously improve marketing initiatives and budget management.
Collaborate with creative + marketing, operations and product teams to drive
initiatives that align with Gee Beauty's growth objectives and brand voice.
Strong reporting and presentational skills to the leadership team highlighting
sales data, key insights, key performance metrics, budget adherence, and
marketing spend effectiveness.
Qualifications :
4-5+ years of senior level digital marketing experience working in performance
marketing within the e-comm / CPG / beauty / luxury industry.
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills to report budget status
and recommendations to senior management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
strategic decisions.
Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets, ideally within the
e-commerce / retail space.
Self motivated + takes initiative on how to continuously grow Gee Beauty’s
market share.
Strong experience in managing advertising spend, all paid campaigns, attribution
media allocation.
