We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of customized hardware systems powering SGA’s AI-driven drones and 4D LiDAR sensors . This role blends mechanical engineering expertise with the hands-on implementation of AI algorithms on drone hardware—delivering real-time performance, efficiency, and reliability in the field. You will play a critical role in building the next generation of drone platforms that bring AI innovation directly into agriculture .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical and hardware systems for AI-enabled drones and sensors.
• Integrate AI algorithms into customized hardware platforms to enable real-time detection, analysis, automation, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and software developers to ensure seamless interaction between hardware, firmware, and AI models.
• Lead prototyping, testing, and validation of drone hardware and AI algorithm integration in both lab and field environments.
• Optimize system performance for durability, efficiency, and scalability in agricultural applications.
• Document designs, test results, and workflows , ensuring reproducibility and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in UAV hardware, sensors, and AI integration.
