As our Growth Account Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of driving our revenue growth. This hybrid role is designed to focus on converting high-value trial and free-tier users into paying customers while strategically engaging with mid-market and enterprise accounts. Your work will play a vital role in helping us refine our go-to-market strategy, deliver value to our users, and scale our business.
What You’ll Do
Drive Free-to-Paid Conversions :
- Proactively engage with trial and free-tier users to highlight premium features and the value of upgrading.
- Conduct personalized demos and onboarding sessions to help users see immediate results with our platform.
- Use product usage data to identify high-potential users and tailor outreach accordingly.
Engage Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts :
Strategically target larger accounts based on inbound interest or product usage patterns.Build relationships with key stakeholders and guide them through the evaluation process.Handle the full sales cycle for high-value accounts, from discovery to negotiation and onboarding.Collaborate Cross-Functionally :
Work closely with marketing to create and refine materials that support trial conversions and account engagement (e.g., case studies, ROI calculators, etc.).Partner with customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and a positive experience for paid users.Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on conversations with users and prospects.Experiment and Learn :
Test and iterate on outreach strategies, identifying what works best for different customer segments.Use data and analytics tools to measure performance and continuously optimize your approach.What We’re Looking For
Experience :
3+ years in SaaS sales, account management, or a similar role.Experience working with trial-based, freemium, or PLG models is a strong plus.Bonus : Familiarity with AI or related industries.Skills :
Strong understanding of PLG principles and a consultative, value-driven sales approach.Ability to analyze product usage data to prioritize opportunities and craft targeted outreach.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.Comfortable with sales tools (e.g., CRM platforms) and product analytics tools.Mindset :
