LaPrairie Crane,a member of the LaPrairie Group of Companies, is recruiting a full-time Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join its growing mechanical maintenance team in Fort McMurray, AB.

Responsibilities :

• Inspecting cranes, trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance.
• Diagnosing faults using computerized testing equipment.
• Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.
• Repairing damaged equipment parts.
• Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty and automotive vehicles.
• Repairing and servicing machine attachments.
• Performing major repair work when necessary.
• Driving to various job sites.
• Consulting with other Mechanics and Supervisor when needed.
